Yes Tonya.....the 19th century leather books are positively through the roof IF you can even find them. I do have a collection of them but now I'm wanting earlier and earlier LOL. So, I'm always on the hunt for them and you just never know.....sometimes you can stumble onto one and you have to pinch yourself if it's affordable.
In May we have what’s called The Hangout Fest in Gulf Shores, Alabama. It runs Thursday through Sunday. It’s a huge headache for us locals! We try to be out of town when the fest is on (weekend before Memorial Day). Love your videos ❤ would love to see you style your finds!

Life's been crazy🤪lol I really want to start collecting old tins in all the sizes, never seen that one either 🤷♀️ I'll be so glad when i can get back to thrifting & antiquing! I just found out Susan from The Old So & So lived in the little town next to where I'm at in Florida, just 10min down the road! She gave me a little list of the good places around here!! I'm Stoked about getting back to it girl!! How sweet is your little knee hugger😊 Oh wow the Santa is beautiful! Lol..I love Gregs baby planters😊 I collect the old hymnals & piano books, as well as just old books & bibles. My piano books are really old but i haven't found a super old hymnal yet, i think my oldest is 1950's. I don't buy any type of book unless its 1964 or older, unless its really special. I'll buy certain types of coffee table books that aren't really old basically for the pictures in them, i use them to frame. My leather bound 1849, or older, bible is my most cherished book/bible that i own girl! I love that little bible so much! Can you believe i only gave $12 or $15 for it at Sweetwater Antiques?!! Cant remember which it was🥴 Such a sweet platter! I'd not go near Nashville during the CMA's!! Lol its bad enough on any any given weekend! Maybe one day I'll come back to visit & get over that way.. if we for sure move, which I'm about 80% sure so there's that 🤷♀️ Another great haul.. Now gota go catch up on the other videos!😉
Oh Tonya I am dying to find a large marshmallow tin. All of ours are small. I’ve seen several on Etsy for $150 and way up in horrible condition and I refuse to pay that for a rusty tin as much as I want one. Yours is in good shape. You found some other great pieces too.
