I remember playing the (updated) demo and being genuinely excited to see what would come after. This unironically may be my GOTY contender. Can't wait!!
I am a big fan of the Dead Space 2 stomp sound, it was kind of a melee finisher to crush open the corpses. I hope to hear similiar levels of satisfying shit in this game. Throw in some Carpenter Brut soundtrack from like Hotline Miami for euphoric violence. The gameplay looks great. Keep it up and congratulations for the full release!
Looks sick. Will the NPCs avoid things sticking out of the walls / lying on the ground and ONLY get surprised when rounding the corner? Or they'll just always run straight into whatever is in their way? Also I kinda expected the guy to react to light being switched on / off - that would made sense in an immersive sim
They'll run straight into whatever's in their way, except for fire barrels. I tested having them dodge/walk around those beams but it gets annoying since you're counting on it to do what you want, it wasn't very fun when they run around it. I wish I could have more reactive AI, but maybe for the sequel if I have a bigger budget and more time than I did with this one.
I played the lvl wher you need to kill everyone in the club so the woman can escape, i killed everyone and she still says it, looked over 2 hours in the club but no one there i cant progress in the game cause of this bug? Help
I'm gonna sound like a game journalist right now but why are run and block on shift? same for the dash and jump on space bar. I'm in the tutorial ... and i cant jump over a platform, only dash into it with space bar.

peak is going to be 1.0 from the get go. It so rare nowadays, especially for indie devs, but it`s always welcome

You have to leave combat mode by pressing 'R', then you can jump over stuff. In combat if you press space bar it'll make you dash in a direction.
You should do a VR port
Can you distract/lure enemies for throwing objects?
