Every generation has a story to tell! As for myself served with HM forces in 1973 during the Belfast Troubles. Have always loved the Irish and thankfully married a beautiful Irish Girl . 48 years later she still is and our 5 kids sing the same tune here in witham Essex! MUSICALLY and on TV👌
A voice from another dimension -- Hearing it for the first time many years ago began my love and learning of the Irish language (and search for what is 'behind' it) ❤️
Moya brennan is the singer here. She and her sister Enya have been responsilble for some monster hits but I have always been drawn more to Moya for her collaborational stuff. Their original band Clannad were awesome. Past Present was my favourite album
You mean, ‘The Gael’, nothing whatever to do with North American native tribe correctly spelt Mohegan. Thames River, Ucasville, Connecticut. Have a nice day, white man.
Not related to the Nolan sisters in anyway? Moyà Brennan along with clannad is responsible for some of the most hauntingly beautiful passages of music I’ve ever heard, and clannads performance in Christchurch cathedral has got to be my favourite to listen to through a good set of headphones.
I AM HERE NOW. Caroline Ann Breslin 6-2-1967. In St Andrew's ward Priory park Wells Somerset . Eriu's daughter. Moya. Carri not Harri. Father Sky Mother Earth, I walked the path. The truth has been heard acknowledged. The chain has been broken. Awmen Amien Amen. God and Goddess lay their tasks on titanium backbones we are of the Great ones. The chains have been broken. This nite of spy Wednesday. I am nothing but a channel for their grace and favour. As are we all.
I always thought Moya Brennan should have been the one to sing ""My Heart Will Go On" instead of Celine Dion, who seemed too brassy loud for the song, which needed more of a delicate touch, more Ireland than Hollywood.
Moya Brennan and her family are the greatest musicians to ever come out of this great country
My dad grew up with Moya. Born a few months after her in Bunbeg

So calm and collected Moya.
A complete original no one can match that haunting voice

Voice of an angel
One of the very few performers who sounds live as awesome as in studio recordings.

And she performs live. I believe she has a better voice than Enya, who is also amazing and a wonderful songwriter. (not too mention famous as hell).

An absolutely beautiful song, beautifully done, from one of my all time favorite movies," The Last of the Mohicans."

When the goosebumps appear from someone singing, that is when you know, amazingly amazing
I can't carry a tune in a bucket, but recognize a great singer when I hear one. Moya certainly is.

Not so, that is not her style, and NO ONE could ever sing it better than Celine Dion. Just like Celine could never do either of these songs like Moya
shoot...
Not the best I've heard this performed but then again she's older
