- This week's sermon from Father Lee Fangmeyer reminds us to not be troubled. Everything we experience is a sign of God. We as humans desire a sense of belonging, of family; Jesus understands our desire for belonging, He embraces and fulfills that desire by being close to us. As summer approaches let us remember this homily daily as we take these words into our Life After Sunday.

0:00 Intro
0:19 What we have in Jesus Christ
1:00 In my Father's house there are many dwelling places
1:37 Jesus understands our humanity and need to be loved in a family
2:20 Do not let your hearts be troubled
2:30 Closing
ST. FRANCIS DE SALES: "Do not fear what may happen tomorrow. The same loving Father who cares for you today will care for you tomorrow and everyday. Either he will shield you from suffering or he will give you unfailing strength to bear it. Be at peace, then, and put aside all anxious thoughts and imaginings."
It is a matter of having faith, patience and persevering. For our lives seem like a liftime, but even a 100 years can be like a day (St. Peter, Psalms).
