im a autistic adult ive been under alot recently broke up with my boyfriend who I thought was the love of my life he was my first and I wanted to go to pride with him. dating a neurotypical is hard cause they dont understand how cancling a date can cause distress.
my sensory issues seem to be getting alot worse recently and I didn;t have a fun journey home last night there was this huge gig on the beach had a angry meltdown and my behaviour got very erractic so much it got noticed by the police. they were really nice and too me into their van and drove me home. once I was in a dark quiet space I managed to calm down.
been a hot busy sensory overwhelming day so im here to calm down a little.
