Personally, Altair Hypermesh is good for beginners, the menu layout is easy to navigate and many aerospace industries are using this software. You can also try the FEA simulation in Solidworks for simple and basic practice 😉

Which FEA Software would be the most adequate for composite sturctures (including sandwhich structures, not only monolithic)?
In general, for the composite sandwich structures, I prefer using Abaqus or Ansys ;)
video critique: background music is too loud; the text to narration software does a poor job with the pronunciation of acronyms and trade names.
