I closed the window, pulled the curtain down, turned on the cold air conditioner, and opened this video. The rain made me remember my childhood days, when it rained all day, my sister and I were in our old house, studying or playing, waiting for my parents to return after a day of work; then we had dinner together, watched TV, and then went to sleep. There was no internet, no facebook, no smartphone ... just the sound of rain like that, with trees, with insects, slightly chilly weather and feeling of peace.

Went to the doctor as was having real trouble with environmental anxiety (noise, neighbours etc) They didn't want to know basically. All they said was to try calming techniques. I got myself onto these ambient background sounds and my anxiety has gone right down. I listen on my mp3 player most of the time, even in bed. I would highly recommend these sounds to anyone with anxiety as not many people understand what it's like to live with it. The stress levels can be debilitating at times so listening to these helps massively as it cuts out all other environmental noises.

Definitely not a "million dollar" property. The accoustics are terrible.
To anyone with anxiety problems, just close your eyes breathe slowly in through the nose and out through the mouth as you visualize yourself sleeping in a million dollar house with a bed made out of gold
Weird how one night I can be like, "no, I'm not feeling these raindrops, I shall try some other raindrops" and going through like 5 of them to suit my mood that night
