Excellent choice of songs to react to! Sheryl has such a deep discography to dive into! She was kind of a genre all her own in the 90’s! She has recorded rock, pop, country, and r&b albums. She even has a new album coming out in March! You really can’t go wrong with any of her songs you choose. If you select another song from this album, may I suggest “ My Favorite Mistake “. It is perfectly crafted, and is one of my favorite songs of all time!

I get the feeling that she is talking to herself in the song, mostly from the imagery of the video. She has things in life that she wants to be doing but it is herself that is pulling her down/keeping herself from her goals.
