TY a lovely tour while on business. The dishes were all lovely and explained well for a novice of the various dishes. Because limited restaurants in my area in the United States, I’m unable to taste about 60% of the ingredients and therefore special dishes. We do have access to beautiful udon and ramen soups and basic 🍱 bento dishes. Your video allows us to share your experiences and feel like we almost were there TY
Great recommendations! I enjoyed this video and have put it in my growing map of gourmet food in Honshu. The ekiben looks so pretty. In other countries when you get a train meal, its never that nutritious or beautiful.
