Never having used a trail cam ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx2sTDdZXomuxedMg_HothfjSXjR3rpPkA before, I was very impressed with the quality of the images and videos. The sensitivity of the camera can be adjusted as well as the length of video recordings. Once I found the sweet spot, I was getting great clips of deer and other animals almost every day. I was worried about battery life but have been running off the same 4 aa batteries for over a month. The SD card is easy to remove and connect to a computer. I have a Mac, and the AVI files open natively in QuickTime and are easy to save and share. This is a great, budget-friendly trail cam.
The bacon made me laugh so hard! But really those piglets were cute. You got done really amazing footage! All those different kinds of animals. It was just awesome to see.
In simple language I think you did a good job. You took the time to put the camera out in a good place. Then you took the time to go back and get the film.and then you took the time to edit it and upload it to UA-cam. and now thousands of people are going to enjoy the Florida wildlife. I appreciate your hard work. 🙂
Tim you nailed it once again my friend! Now serving number 44 had me rolling as well as the cooking bacon! Loved the big bucks and all the hog trains! Keep up the great work! Merry Christmas and have a great and safe new year.
Dang, y'all have as many hogs as we do here in Texas. That's a problem that just won't go away anywhere they set up camp. Loved the bobcats. thanks for posting.
I came across your channel a couple of months ago and really have enjoyed them. I am here, May 25th 2020. I watched the recent ones now going back to older ones.. and laughing..the bacon insert was pure genius !
I love it when they look straight at the camera , like hey thanks for taking my picture here ya go. Thanks for the early christmas present, Merry Christmas
Splendid! Those hogs rooted up plenty of food right on front for great videos of those gorgeous bucks and does. Beautiful turkeys, you can tell the mama turkey and from this years clutch. Splendid video indeed!
Love your work. The scrub and wetlands look and feel so familiar I can almost smell it again. Makes me homesick as all heck, even having left it all back in '72. Still feels like home. Thanks.
Tim! You are pretty funny. These are great. Great and educational to view cams from different parts of the country. In these outrageous times, it is a lot of fun to watch your cams. Thanks for the escape!
Another great video! It’s cold and snowy where I am, so I really appreciate this. Happy Holidays - and I wish you happiness, health and peace for the new year....
The piglets are adorable. The deer are always so graceful. Enjoyed seeing the wild turkeys. Very handsome bucks. Bobcats are my favorite wild cat. Raccoons are so cheeky.
Love your videos! It is amazing how many animals are captured that we never realize are around us. I live in Colorado so it is wonderful to see animals that we don't have here.
Wow Tim you never disappoint us ♥️ Thank you ever so much for sharing this with us ♥️ Have a blessed and wonderful Christmas. Hope your New Year is awesome and you can get many many more great videos.🎄🎄🎄🐷🦃🦌🐺🦊...
I thought "oh those little piggies are so cute" then I could almost smell the bacon frying, but the piggies were still cute. I just have to keep them off my mind when I am eating bacon, I'm sure the smell will help with that.
As always, fantastic content! Kind of sad to see so many hogs, but the bacon bit lightened things up. Lol. Merry Christmas Tim, and thank you again for sharing.
Great video! I loved the piglets, but they reminded me that we had to dissect some of those little buggers back in high school a hundred years ago. 😝 yucko!
Man, I love watching these; they always make me homesick for where I grew up in NW Florida-- I was naming off the different kinds of bushes and the underbrush to myself as you came in at the beginning, and I could practically smell that particular scent you get in that kind of woodland. Beautiful video-- really loved that gorgeous, healthy-looking bobcat and the baby raccoons, and the armadillo!
I love seeing the turkeys up close I had three when I was younger as pets one boy two girls they're so funny that made my day thank you Tim have a good Christmas🎄💚❤️🇬🇧🇺🇸
This vid has both the best animal action, and by far the best animal interactions in any of your library (and yes, I've watched them all) The piglets pausing in unison and then fleeing in unison, the turkey setting the pecking order straight, the armadillo appearance, a turkey taking off, and two videos later one landing in the same spot, and the bobcats posing and attacking... ... this one is going to be hard to top.
Wow , amazing video ! I love it ❤ I see a lot of these guys a daily in North florida where I live , and I'm always in awe of God's precious little animals 😇
Excellent footage, Tim! Nice bucks! Love the bacon shot. I'm not a big fan of the hogs...but the babies are definitely cute. I love the footage of the turkeys taking off and flying in. Great stuff! Happy Holidays!
Awesome video! Great location! Plenty of turkey, hogs and some beautiful deer and bobcats! Love that area! I use to fish the lower end of Okeechobee out of a landing near Belle Glade. Beautiful place for sure!
Some fantastic videos...as always. That's a whole lot of bacon doing all that damage...sure was funny how your camera picked up that sizzling bacon...Ha! Must've been a mind reader application or something!!!
Cincinnati Bengals' Ickey Woods - what a great guy: "Give me some cold-cuts. Give me some cold-cuts. Woooooo! That's me!" One of the greatest commercials of all-time. Great reference. Great video.
I am really enjoying your videos. I love the "44" Commercial. I had forgotten that existed. Now, the bacon frying was a little sick but nothing that I won't heal from. Thank You for sharing these videos. You keep me well entertained.
Being a 3rd generation Florida native born in 1942,I have seen the changes in the Everglades. My dad used to take me out in the glades all the time to fish or just watch nature and I have watched the decline as our area became more populated! I remember huge herds of deer, various flights of birds nesting, etc. went on air boat ride off US 27 a few years ago and the glades I knew Is gone. Thank you for letting me see the animals that used to be all over the glades in my childhood! Enjoy your posts!
Thanks Donna. I've lived down here since 1973 and I have seen a lot of destruction of the environment but there are still some unspoiled areas out there.
It's not always because of development or population of people but the animals themselves. The Burmese pythons that some stupid human once released into the Everglades are decimating small mammals and birds. I read an article in the Smithsonian about this. They have found 23 different kinds of birds inside the pythons, they've been seen eating fawns, and any mammal that goes near the water is being taken by these apex predators. Couple that with the alligators who eat the same things and are also apex predators. They are paying people to kill the pythons and they say they'll never be able to kill them all so they are putting GPS tracking devices on the females in hopes they will lead them to the nests which they destroy. If I were a deer and fawns are getting eaten by both predators, I'd high-tail it out of there. Problem is, two Burmese pythons have been seen 12 miles off the coast, so where will they land? It's a terrible situation. It's like my yard right now; I've put out feeders and there are no birds coming and there are so few squirrels which isn't normal. It's almost eerie. It's because there is now a healthy population of hawks are hanging around and take birds right off the feeders and then of course squirrels. The birds know the hawks are there and my feeders aren't near bushes they can hide in. An adult hawk's only enemy is a Great Horned Owl. Fishers were re-introduced to CT and they also can decimate a small mammal population too and they can climb trees so squirrels, raccoons, and other tree climbers aren't even safe that way. I'm just saying that there are multiple factors for why you aren't seeing as many animals, if at all. So, the alligators and pythons travel to one body of water to another and it doesn't matter to them if they go through yards or woods. Both will eat pets also so that's a bonus for them. Apex predators proliferate and only humans can control them. In Texas there are areas where the wild hogs are a problem too and even attack people sometimes. They keep reproducing like crazy too and they mess up farms like you see in the video.
Just discovered your channel by accident and love it. Being a hunter it really does help the average person appreciate what we get to see a lot of. My 5 year old grandson is enamored with this and have been watching all the videos. Thanks again
