Swamiji is telling truth inside truth. Emotion is different. Emotion itself is not Bhakthi. Yes. Shri Shirdi Baba is a Guru, he gives direction, compassion and takes us to the path towards Devine God. Guru himself / herself is not supreme paramathman. But Guru is closer to the paramathman, Guru is the first Path towards seeking and realizing Supreme paramathman. Constructing temples of any Guru and worshipping Gurus of all Dharmic conduct is perfectly fine but Guru is a Devine human being and supreme paramathman who is beyond galaxies, beyond universe, non tangible, can only be realized thru Guru. There devathas, Deva pariwaaras, all panchabhuthas are representation of supreme paramathman but they themselves are not one single supreme paramathman.
This is well depicted in our Upanishads.
To realize Bhakthi, one should separate emotions, quite often emotions have been interpreted as Bhakthi.

Swamiji is talking in different level (higher knowledge), Ee L board galli ge artha agtha Ila.... Swamiji is right, what he is saying is - Paramathma is the supreme soul and very small part of Paramathma is called Aathma which is present in all living beings. Also Swamiji said - We Hindus see God in every object (like stone) but, that object itself is not God because it is not Paramathma. In Hinduism we take that stone and perform Pranaprathishtapana and then worship it as God, we don't directly worship it..That's what he is trying to explain in limited time. Also Swamiji said - There is a difference between living object and Non-living object (Jadda vasthu)..It's takes time for people to understand... Please read Bhagavad Gita with an open mind, you will understand.

So all other gods, demigods are created by parbrhaman. All acharyas, yogis are partial divine beings sent by the god as per many sects of hinduism.
