I use 6 - 8 drops a day, typically. These small 4 oz bottles do last a long time. I share with the fam, on occasion, but nothing big.
I learned about Jim Humble a long time ago and have been using it since.
If I feel any sniffles or scratch in my throat, I run the protocol; done.
I use 6 - 8 drops a day, half is use to swish around my mouth and as a toothpaste, the send half I drink.
I have great gums, always noted by the dentists :)

I can't by hydro peroxide at all in UK for weeks... Always using this for cuts in scar tissue ..,is this what your making...,
