    Hi Autumn! I wanted to commend you on this amazing script! I found it first on your website. I have been studying yoga nidra through a school in Austin and absolutely love the section about feeling heat in the body and then the visually guided meditation section in the forest. I know for students new to this form of meditation the use of rotation through the body PLUS symbolic images/duality can be overwhelming.. So, I love that you varied up the content and added in so much visualization. Really brilliant!
