No one could go into the Most Holy place except the High Priest and only on the Day of atonement and that was the only time that God's Name Yod he vav he. The holy of Holies symbolizes are inmost place within us. It is at our inmost place that God and we are ONE.

Jesus says to Watch and Pray. The watch is the same idea as eastern transcendental meditation and leave your body OBE(out of body experience) to reach the Holy of holies... As it is written, we rather be away from our body and present with the Lord, instead of being at home in the body and separate from the Lord. A So the Bible says the best time is late late at night. Second and third watch brings the most blessings it says. 9:00pm to 3am. Later the better.

I agree that Jesus died spiritually according to first century Jewish customs, however he did not die physically; he still had a pulse. When his side was pierced blood and water immediately came out. Without a pulse all his blood would have drained to his feet and legs, and nothing would have come out.
Jonathan, Dave Browning wrote the original song back in 1987. I do not know if he was the one who sang it at that time. I do know that Petra put out their version in 1989. So, I don't know if he wrote it for Petra, or they just picked it up and made their version. I myself like Kutless' version of this song much better thatn anybody I have heard so far. Ras Pesher the scripture says the the Word was with God and the Word was God and the Word became flesh. The word also says that Jesus is the visible form of the invisible God. If you don't get Jesus right you have nothing right.

yes true of the time when the priest had to do it but the temple curtin was 7 inches deep and that is a thick curtin and when JESUS died remeber it was split and that represents GOD saying "i am here for all now not just for the priest"

This guy they are referring to in Col 4:11 Paul called him a co-worker in the Kingdom of God, and he was also a comforter & encourager of Paul. Jesus was a common name in those days.
