Would creating a painting with the new pearls colors (pink, orange, blue-green, blue-violet) along with the regular pearls paints in a rainbow on black background and maybe a gentle swipe down the colors with Australian Floetrol be worth an experiment ? The technique I'm trying to describe is the "This Color Combo, Wow, Double Rainbow Swipe" video. Just curious. Every time you use the pearl paints I'm so excited!! I LOVE the wait and see aspect. ❤🖌

The puddle pours with the pearls have been my favorites in this series all along. Today, as you were painting, I was thinking of so many ideas! Chaos blow with the pearls mixed with either cerulean or turquoise or a complimentary like dump the pink and use a bright magenta or the Rose Madder? And then I was like "balloons!" what would the puddle pour design look like if you added in the layering of balloon dips?

WOW, IT STARTED OUT LOOKING LIKE ROSE PETALS AND THEN THE MORE YOU TURN THE CANVAS AND START LOOKING LIKE FLOWERS.
I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S MY EYESIGHT I DO HAVE BAD EYE SIGHT. BUT WHEN YOU POURED OUT THE PINK IT LOOKED LIKE WHITE AND THEN THE ORANGE YOU POURED OUT IT LOOKED IT WAS WHITE TO ME. I DON'T KNOW IF I'M GOING COLOR BLIND LOL OR WHAT. CAN YOU EXPLAIN TO ME WHY IT LOOKED LIKE IT WAS BOTH WHITE COLORS THE PINK COLOR AND THE ORANGE COLOR IT LOOKED WHITE. BUT IT'S BEAUTIFUL MA'AM.

THANK YOU for the attempt at mixing them to create a whole nother color!!!! I WILL be creating one myself, FOR SURE!!! I recently made a Pearlescent on an 18x24 deep edge, I used a white base, puddled multiple individual Dioxazine Purple puddles, puddled Pearlescents on top of each of those, THEN put another puddle of Dioxazine Purple on top of each of the Pearlescent puddles, and topped those with one more Pearlescent puddle of a different color from the first Pearlescent color. I wrecked them very matter-of-factly to make flowers, stretched it and OMG.... It turned out CRAZY good!!! I wish I could show you the finished results 😍 I think even YOU would be impressed!

Molly, can you please give the formula / paint brand, etc. for the pouring medium of the black. Also, the same information for the pearlescent paints. I would like to try my 'hand' at this project but want to make sure I'm using the correct formula / quantities and products. I purchased the Amsterdam Pearl paints but only got them in the 7 oz. size tubes. I will probably use a 12 x 16 canvas. Thanks! Love the results.

Something I like about Lisa Marvin's videos is that she'll do what she wants to do and she'll just say "if you don't like XYZ, then just fast forward or stick the video on mute" (some people complain about how she speaks, others don't like it when she's chatting to her son in them etc). I think this is better because those who love her videos can still have the longer videos, or enjoy her interaction with her family etc and the rude people who make comments about her can shut up and mute the video 😂😂

Awesome! The turquoise is my favorite but the orange is a close second. Maybe for the pink go more for a pastel red so it's more red than white (think 2 parts red paint to 1 part white?) I'm rooting for that pink it's an underdog for sure.!
