Truth spoken, the Holy Spirit gives us wisdom in order to understand the word of God. Once for us, we did not understand until we were saved. But now we understand through wisdom given by the Holy Spirit.

Thank you for posting this video. My wife and I spent 20+ years in a church that used phrases like " what is this passage saying to you" and " that's your interpretation". We have always been hungry to study the word of God but no longer trust what we once thought God's word said.
This video, for a couple of old folks who never exceled in grammar, puts in in language that is easy to follow. The hard part will be to remember what a verb and noun look like lol.
Again I thank you so much for posting this video.

Read 1 Peter 2:11. I will pray for you and pray for me also, for all things that can lead us astray. We are not immune to temptation and are rather a target if we do not resist the devil so that he will flee from us. Do not give him an opportunity. Remember, fleshly lusts will lead to bondage and wars against your soul.

Let Him work brother, let Him work. in Jesus name let Him work, Amen. And no man is good in the eyes of the Lord for we ALL have fallen seriously short of the glory of the Lord. He just needs a willing heart, and if you are willing, He is abundantly able to deliver you. Stay in the word, read EVERYDAY keep your mind stayed on Jesus. Take captive EVERY thought. He did it for me and still there's more work to do on me. But I'm at least out of that dark, wet, cold and lonely pit and can now see sun. Have faith in God and read the bible...if you can withstand the pull, God will pull you through. And look on UA-cam for SNSS...Saturday Night Sunday School, every Saturday Night, huge help. Stay prayed up brother, it'll be alright.

This is primary, but not the sole option available to believers. But extensive bible study, research and findings on some commentaries help. Even though the Spirit is the primary teacher, we need to understand that we are not perfect and susceptible to false interpretations, which we may credit to the Holy Spirit.

    • @solideogloria7987
      @solideogloria7987 6 місяців тому +3

That's almost assuming you think God would give you the correct interpretation and no one else. We are flawed people who could miss what is plain in scripture. Others can help us see what we have missed or been wrong about, but scripture must always be examined to see if the interpretation of any passage comes from scripture itself. There are many godly people who may disagree on a certain passage and so we must search out scripture and compare what is said and see if it is so. It would be arrogant to assume every interpretation you have would not be flawed because we are still sinful people until the day we are called home. God does not only give you the Spirit to discern His word. All of His children are guided by Him and therefore we can learn from others what God has revealed in His word.

I thank God for him and genuine people of God like him who stand on the word of God unapologetically and radically telling it like it is, not sugarcoating it one bit. Thank you, Jesus, for giving us an anointed person like Pastor Voddie in this day and age bold for your word. I pray you bless him abundantly and cover him even more for your kingdom and for us, the Christian church.

Voddie is speaking so much truth here its frightening, the simple truth of the matter is good biblical exegesis takes time, lots of studying and time, and historical seting is huge, and not just for the new testament times, as he mentioned genre too very important, as for study Bibles once again he hit a home run, its best to stay away from devotional bibles and go with factual or just expository bibles, and please stay away from any gender neutral bibles.

I’ve been reading/studying the full Bible for a little over a year now (taking a deep dive, so pausing to get deeper understanding [where available] on harder to understand texts, keeping notes that I will follow up on with my Second go around). It never even occurred to me to research “how to study the Bible”. I just went with the method I felt in my spirit. And it’s comforting to know that the approach I took was overwhelmingly validated by this teaching, including:
    1. What was the message that the messenger was trying to convey to the audience at that historical time?
    2. How do other Bible translations phrase this particular passage (particularly for harder to understand passages, but also, for some easily understood, popular passages as I’m finding that some translations don’t do the passage’s meaning justice)?
    3. Using electronic devices (apps, search engines, etc.) to navigate between different Bible translations and/or studying tools. Makes this sooooo much easier to navigate.
    4. Focusing on the context (historical, levitical law vs Christian expectation, figure of speech and how it was commonly understood by those in audience, properly defining the terminology that was used in Hebrew or Greek at the time vs what that same word has morphed to mean in modern society, etc.) in order to properly interpret the text. This is _VERY_ important. I learned how many of very popular known scriptures or biblical sayings have been taken completely out of context in their common, modern day use. One example that comes to mind is “don’t let your left hand know what your right hand is doing”. I often hear this said, in the context of “don’t let everyone know your plans or have them in your business. Keep these things to yourself.” I don’t know that there’s anything innately wrong with using this figure of speech in this context, but it’s very clearly NOT the context Jesus used when He said it. Jesus said this in the context of doing/giving charity, specifically to let his followers understand that when they give, and then boast about it, they are receiving their reward/recognition from man, and not from God. Give in secrecy, between you and God if you expect it to be counted (and rewarded) by God.
This encouraged me, in confirming that I am indeed on the right track with my studying. Thanks for sharing❣️

Always encouraging to hear a Believer devouring the Word. Been studying Scripture for 61 years, and this verse has been my guide:
(1John 2:27) But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: *_but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him._*

    • @JLynnDsMyoosik
      @JLynnDsMyoosik Рік тому +3

@@SSNBN777 Thank you for this encouraging word! This spoke to me more than you could imagine.
I was raised in church, but fell away briefly in my early 20s, after being disappointed when God failed to “move” in a way that I thought He was “supposed” to move.
After reconciling with Him, I came to understand that I had never known God, had never read or studied the Word for myself (outside of what we covered in Bible study or church) and as a result, I had misconceptions/false expectations about how God moved (not necessarily due to bad doctrine, more so due to a lack of understanding how to rightly apply good doctrine to my life) and a false sense of righteousness. My relationship had been with _church_ and not _God._
This was the beginning of me forming a relationship with _Him._
At this point, I started reading segments of the Bible, but generally, as a reference, to put in my remembrance scripture that would convict me of things I struggled with, (unforgiveness, etc). God put it in my heart not just to read the verse of the scripture I needed, but the entire chapter, so that I’m reading it in its full context. This is what helped me begin my new walk with Christ.
I’ve always been a deep thinker and would ponder about life, have “epiphanies”, and come up with deep, well-thought out sayings or perspectives on life. Things to live by.
After reconciling back to God, I would have these occasional “epiphanies”, let’s say on a Wednesday. By Saturday night or even Sunday morning, I’d have an inexplicable strong urging to go to church that Sunday. I’d get there, and lo and behold, the pastor, in preaching his message, would have us turn to a verse that would turn out to be the same “epiphany” I’d had! This happened repeatedly - where I’d have some “epiphany” of some universal truth, then go to church only to discover that my “epiphany” was actually scripture that I had no idea existed.
And this is how I begin to know that God was real, the Holy Spirit was speaking to me, and that the Bible truly is the Living Word of God. The scripture you listed, affirms how I came to know Christ. May you and your whole household be blessed. 💞

      ETERNAL LIFE DEFINED:
"John 17:1-3 ... Father, ... And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent."
      1) The TRUTH for SALVATION/ETERNAL LIFE in the KINGDOM OF GOD as TAUGHT and REVEALED by the LORD JESUS CHRIST/SON OF GOD is so EASY to UNDERSTAND as easy as finding the accurate sum of a one digit mathematical equation as simple as 1+1=2:
      1 FATHER/SENDER + 1 SON/SENT = 2 EXISTING BEINGS
      - The FATHER/SENDER is the ONLY TRUE GOD; therefore, the SON/JESUS CHRIST/SENT IS NOT GOD; otherwise, he's a false god/god the son, god the Word, mighty god, creator god, father god, man god/false Christs (Matt. 24:24).
      2) However, the preachers in the world chose the idiotic 1+1+1=1 or 1+1=1 for their god and Christ which originated from the idiot god of this world that blinded the world (2Cor. 4:4) -- Babylon of confusions and divisions from the ancient (Gen. 10:8-10, 11:1-9)/Babylonian tree (Dan. 4)/cursed tree (+) of the world (Acts 10:39, 13:29, Gal. 3:13) -- destined/prophesied to END -- END OF THE WORLD IN HELL FIRE (Matt. 13:38-40).
      3) World! be WARNED!!!

The GOSPEL commences in KNOWING the ONLY TRUE GOD/FATHER (John 17:1-3)/HOLY GHOST (Matt. 1:18)/SPIRIT (John 4:24)
      AND
the TRUE JESUS CHRIST/SON OF GOD (Matt. 1:18, Mark 1:1, John 10:36, 17:1-3)/MAN (John 8:40)/FLESH AND BONES (Luke 24:39)
      ARE
TWO EXISTING BEING of different NATURES of EXISTENCE.
      LOGIC 1:
The FATHER is the ONLY TRUE GOD (John 17:1-3).
Therefore, the SON/JESUS CHRIST IS NOT GOD; otherwise, he's a false god/god the son, god the Word, mighty god, creator god, father god, man god/false Christs (Matt. 24:24).
      LOGIC 2:
      PREMISES: GOD is a SPIRIT (John 4:24);
      A spirit has no flesh and bones (Luke 24:39);
JESUS CHRIST has flesh and bones (Luke 24:39).
CONCLUSION: Therefore, JESUS CHRIST IS NOT GOD.

I was never notified of your post; just read it now. Yes the Spirit of the Lord desires to be our teacher. Only God knows our personal capabilities, obstacles and requirements for learning. I regret all the decades I just sat and listened to those "so much wiser than I", seminary trained and all. But those institutions (and churches) have donors that they cater and answer to -- in the case of Dallas Theological Seminary, one of their main ones are Kabbalists, therefore they teach an Old Covenant Jewish rebuilt Temple and nation will have exclusivity with God again and will rule over the earth. Nothing of the sort in Scripture.
It's so rare to find someone interested in the meat, and not just content with the milk. I pray you never lose your enthusiasm, and will only grow exponentially in wisdom from the Lord.
      Yours in Christ...

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
    John 14:1-11
    King James Version
14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works' sake.

The Law was given to the Israelites, to walk in Gods ways, when is Israel? Roman’s 9:4-16, and later In Galatians 3:28 in Christ there is no Jew nor greek. So whoever believes in the testimony of Christ and is obedient to YHWH, is Israel, not the one on the ground but the kingdom in heaven that’s coming down after the second coming of Christ

Humm? Let's see. Take every verses that speak of God's love for humanity and the sacrifice of His Son Jesus that open the way to salvation for ALL who put their trust in Him and replace with a view that God has already determined from the foundation of the world who goes to hell and who goes to heaven. This makes a mockery of the Cross since, in their view everything is predetermined, so I ask reformers, WHY THE CROSS? They are clueless and study the wrong JC (John Calvin) and instead they should be studying the only JC that matters, Jesus Christ and His Word.

Grasping Gods word is good resource for this message
Goal when reading scripture is based off Two towns. Getting it from their town to our town
Step 1: grasp the text in their town
-What did the author communicate to his audience? -What did the text mean to the original audience?
*this is the time to observe
    Observe:
    -who is author?
    -Who is audience?
    -What’s the setting?
-What type of literature? Law narrative poetry apocalyptic -what is time period?
    -Cultural context?
Step 2: measure width of river to cross
-What are differences between biblical audience and us?
-Are their differences between that audience and me?
    -Doing analysis here.
Historical context and theological context covental context redemptive context
    Historical context
Step 3: cross river (principalizing bridge)
What is theological principal in text? (These are l timeless theological truths)
    This is interpretation
-What doctrines are we addressing in the text?
    -What are key passages?
-What do I know about these doctrines?
    Step 4 consult biblical map
-How does our theological principle fit with the rest of Bible?
****Must allow all of scripture to interpret scripture
Step 5 grasp text in our town
-How should christains today live out this theological principal?
    This gets us to
    APPLICATION (timeless theological truth)
What to look at at a sentence level??
    **** look for repeated words
    ***** contrasts comparison
    ***** lists
    **** cause and effect
    **** figures of speech
    **** conjunction (but God)
    **** verbs
    **** pronouns

I love Voddie Baucham's teachings of the Bible. He is a man of God. I trust him to tell the truth. I have been thinking of getting a factual study Bible, but I feel that there is so much wisdom in God's word, in the Holy Bible. I want the Word to speak to me, and it has. I have problems with knowing the months, maps, and money exchanges, that they used in the days of Christ. I prefer the Kings James Bible, and realized that one of my Bible's has more information like that, in the back pages. I feel I need a workbook, that has tests, I feel one of those workbooks will test what I am retaining, so I can go back and reread what I failed to absorb. Thank you Voddie, for your messages, I always learn something from your knowledge.

Thank you so much for this video. To be honest, as a Christian, I've taken verses (like that of Jeremiah 29:11) just like pastor Bauchman said. Consequently, there have been episodes where I get lost when comparing what The Book says to what I actually experience. However, there is an increasing desire to approach the Bible similarly to -the Baptist approach, if I may say such a thing- Obviously, many questions arise, but I would like to ask: Could you please direct me towards what resources are helpful or what training courses should be taken so I can adequately start those studies. I really appreciate your help in this issue. May God keep blessing you in the name of Jesus Christ.

      1) The PRECIOUS TRUTH in attaining SALVATION/ETERNAL LIFE in the KINGDOM OF GOD are written in the HOLY BIBLE/KJV as TAUGHT and PREACHED by the GREATEST and WISEST TEACHER and PHILOSOPHER, and the ONLY PERFECT MAN who ever existed here on earth -- the LORD JESUS CHRIST/SON OF GOD.
      2) The BIBLICAL/SPIRITUAL TRUTH can NEVER be learned in schools, theological or whatever schools, as the LORD JESUS CHRIST/SON OF GOD was NEVER a learned MAN in schools. HIS DISCIPLES learned from HIM which the DISCIPLES WROTE -- THE NEW TESTAMENT containing the REVELATION of the TRUTH written by the Old Testament PROPHETS.
      2) Fact is, the greater the number of years spend by humans, especially men, in theological schools to study, the more they become as spiritual idiots that 1+1+1=1 or 1+1=1, can't comprehend simple grammar/singular and plural, and don't adhere and unresponsive to SOUND REASONING/LOGIC.

Ppl! Why don't you do anything the Lord say do? He says, why call him Lord and do not to what he say? Let me remind you, the Lord sais in these last days many will come in his Name and deceive many. He said, the blind leads the blind and they both fall into the ditch (hail's fire). Who are the "many"? If after you received Christ you went from sin to sin. Then you are the many and whoever you agree with is also the many that are blind. What blinds you is sin bc you do it and then see it. How is it that you are sinful and agreeing with someone who is know preaching accountability?
Vonde is a false teacher! I guarantee you!! BC he is still in his sins and blinded by he pride of life. I mean he is as ignorant as they come. Nothing he says has anything to do with "how to study the bible". That is why he knows nothing about, other than what it says. I tried to listen for the duration but nothing he says is relative to 'how to study the bible'. Everything he says is nonsense. For one, there are no 5 steps! His 5 steps are non existent! There is book called 'a tale of two cites'. (lmao)
There is no river! Here's truth, you cannot understand the bible. It is written by the Hand of the Almighty to not say what you think but mean what it says. (you shall not!) That means you can care less about what was happening in the setting other than the principle in the MInd of Abba Patyr'. Therefore the bible is speaking to two different types of ppl. The obedient and the disobedient. None of what this man says applies to how to study the bible. I will tell you what you must do, but also the understanding of how to study the bible according to it and why. Vonde's terms are crap!
The understanding then has to be its sub-divisions is the letter of the law and the Word of God. (1st off the word "God" is not in Hebrew or Greek without a cover bc it is a English word) Isa.28:9. So the bible is written to not be understood without the Almighty personally explaining it to you in the secret place. (P..91:1,15.) The keys to understanding it, that the Patyr' gives (Mal.3:16-18.). The "Cipher' is the keys that stands as a cover over the bible as transportation and substitution. (Aleph and tav) We see it then and now - Isa.29:9-16.II Cor.3:18.) But the end is near!

You are correct in dealing with Words, but remember that THE Spirit IS THE INTERPRETER…therefore Jesus said, in John 5:39, that the Pharisees only looked at the words on a page, and did not know His “heart” toward His children. I have come to the conclusion that there is only ONE way to KNOW that, and it is in KNOWING His love in YOUR life. “We love because He first loved us”. Until that happens in someone’s life, either coming from caring parents, or a caring faithful friend, who forgives you, when you do not deserve it…(as OUR FRIEND “ON THE CROSS”….). Because we are not able to “GIVE” what we do NOT know. The Psalmist in Psalm 23, said, “My Cup Runneth Over…” and He was speaking his gratitude about the blessings on his life from God.

Do we understand why we must believe in the Lord Jesus?
The outstanding reason is that we humans have no self-righteousness or our nature is always accompanied by an ultimate and aberrant lifestyle. …..But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness’s are as filthy rags, and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away (Isaiah 64:6). Apostle Paul in his epistle to the Christians at Rome told them that, ‘’For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth’’ (Rom 10:4). Without taking much time, let me tell you what I understood and hopefully, you too understand from the Holy Bible. God in the book of Psalms 89:14 said that ‘Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.’ What does this word mean to us? Jesus, in the book of John chapter 16:7-12… said nevertheless, I tell you the truth; it is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. And when he has come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: Of sin, because they believe not on me; of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
Let us please bear in mind that …To believe in Jesus is to believe that the invisible God has been manifested in the flesh-Jesus Christ…for it was written...And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory (1Tim3:16). Then to repent and be baptized into the name of Jesus is to put on Christ the righteousness that makes us free from judgment. Therefore, to be heirs of the Kingdom of God what is utterly mandatory in life on earth is to put on Christ via baptism in the name of Jesus (Act 2:38) this warrants us to be part takers of the Justice from God and completely makes us free from end day`s Judgment. Read what was strictly said in the book of Hebrew chapters 1 and 2. The ever greater secret of why we are not scared about death is the fulfillment of Act 2:38 in our life here on earth and in the upcoming glorious heavenly Jerusalem. Jesus has swallowed every power of ‘Death’ … And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the Vail that is spread over all nations. He will swallow up death in victory, and the Lord God will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath spoken it. (Isaiah 12:7-8). Blessed be His Name. Amen! Please obey Act 2:38 which is the translation for Luk 24:47
    Stay Blessed.

3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
People who claim to know and live God I would think would obey His law. Yet basically the entire Christian church keeps a day created by the Roman Catholic church a church that fits perfectly the characteristics of the Antichrist Beast system described by the books of Daniel & Revelation.

I feel the need to comment on this video. First, I’m reformed Baptist, at least for the most part 😂. I can’t help but think the vast majority of people would benefit from the niv or NLT for primary Bible reading/devotional reading etc. The disciples were unschooled and ordinary men, like most of us. Try explaining this study technique to a man with dirt floors. The scholar and serious Bible student like voddie (who also knows Greek and Hebrew) love the literal translations like esv and nasb. I’m thankful for knowledgeable men like voddie, however, all English translations tell you Jesus died for your sins and raised from the dead 3 days later. They all tell you that love fulfills the law. I spent most of my childhood with an nasb that I never read because I couldn’t understand it. I only toted it because it was “the most accurate”. Someone handed me an niv a few years back and I can’t put it down. It changed my spiritual life. I’ve read it hard cover to cover and understood the gospel it seemed for the first time. Sure there’s nuance in the nasb that you don’t get in the niv, but I was missing the main idea reading the nas! No harm intended toward voddie. Love his ministry and maybe the literal translation is best for his church. God bless all!

Why I ask is back in time anywhere before 1900 hundreds people would go to churches and listen to their pastor and what ever they were taught was all they knew, most people didn't know how to read or write. So my question would be all those millions people back in history that couldn't read how were they saved if they didn't study the bible? ... And, yes I know one must believe in Jesus for salvation but I believe their a passage in the bible that state after you become a believer you must also act upon it meaning to tell others about the gospel of Christ

    • @MansterBear
      @MansterBear 5 місяців тому

Studying the Bible is precisely what lead me to Calvinism, though I didn't realize it had a "name" for it already. It's just what I saw the Bible teaching and later realized there was already a "category" named for it.
Let's take one of the verses you paraphrased above and apply some of the lessons of this video to it:
      2 Peter
"8 But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed."
First, you said "that no man should perish but all come to repentance"
The actual verse says "but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance"
It doesn't say that "no man" should perish. It says that "any" should perish. "Any" what? Any of YOU. (patient toward YOU, not wishing that any should perish)
Who is "you"? The people Peter was writing to.
      Who was Peter writing to?
2 Peter 1: "To those who have obtained a faith of equal standing with ours by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ:"
Peter is speaking to the elect of God.
Every time he uses "you" from Verse 1 on is in reference to the elect. I find nowhere that he uses it in the general sense of every individual everywhere.
So he will not return until all of his elect have reached repentance.
If you disagree with something I said above, let me know.
BUT, if you disregard that argument... we still need to look at the context of the sentence, paragraph, book as a whole.
      What is the section about?
Well in Chapter 2 Peter begins warning about false teachers.
In Chapter 3, he addresses one of the tactics/arguments those false teachers are using, which is eschatological / end times / Jesus' return.
So the passage is in the context of false teachers and specifically false teachings about eschatology, and you're making a soteriological doctrine from it.
Where as in places that are specifically discussing soteriology (i.e. John 3, 6, 10, Romans 9, Ephesians 1-2, etc) are speaking specifically about soteriology. And it clearly states God's choice, independent of anything found in man.
In John 3, Nicodemus asks Jesus himself how one can be born again. Jesus tells him "Make the choice of your own free will to be born again!" Just kidding. He says "The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear its sound, but you do not know where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone who is born of the Spirit.” In other words, it's up to the Spirit. Not you or your free will. You don't even know where it came from or is going.
So when we are studying / seeking to have a biblical soteriology, we should go to the teachings about soteriology. They can be supplemented by non-soteriological passages, but we should seek to interpret the implicit by the explicit of "on subject" scriptures.
      To summarize:
      1. You mis-paraphrased 2 Peter 3:9. It's "you", not "anyone". And "you" is a specific group, the elect, whom the letter is written to and is referred to several times from verse 1 on.
      2. We should get our soteriology from soteriological passages, not eschatological passages
      3. The soteriological passages point to God's sovereignty and choice, not mans.

No, we must get the absent fathers and mothers to take these classes, restoring them to their abandoned children. This must be done through love and forgiveness. Unfortunately, while the daughters were in the churches with our grandparents and mothers, our brothers really didn’t participate in the Baptist church community. It was definitely a man’s world and our brothers didn’t develop fatherhood skills.
That explains why the churches don’t know how to deal with these issues. The churches that we were raised in have changed.. Before, we had mom and pop storefronts, and the entire family worked their businesses. Children worked hard and were very respectful, and polite. Now we have rude single parents who were abandoned by their parents or verbally and physically abused, carrying on these horrible generational curses.
There is nothing new under the sun, yes, sexual predators are everywhere, including on the Hill, trying to incorporate carefree sex and public school agendas, determined to wipe out parenthood with integrity and morality. This is a terrible time to be living in America. When landmarks and guide post are put in order by Jehovah-jireh, and our politicians remove these principles, it brings disastrous consequences. Look at what is happening, this is not a coincidence. God is not dead. He is still on the throne. Wait on the Lord, I say, and continue to pray without ceasing. 🇺🇸🌎💁🏾🙏
