I took your Udemy courses and enjoyed them very much. Your channel on UA-cam is also incredibly well done, and your lessons are very well crafted. I found this lesson particularly great. The 3rd pattern is my best ! Thanks again.
What an amazing tutorial! 👏 I can follow really well 👍 Thank you for sharing your wonderful talent. Very rare that I would subscribe after watching only one video, but this video did it for me!!! And the sheet music is another added plus ❤
Another spiffing tutorial, Arthur! This was excellent, and something I've bee really looking for for awhile. And these four patterns can change if we vary the inversions even more. Some combination of inversions sound better than others, but they each produce a distinct sound, and playing around with them is heck of a lot of fun.
I like all your Ideas. You are a genious musikian. I begin with the easy versions, and put all the other versions in a line together. So you can begin soft and get faster and hader. My English ist bad, i hope you understand. Thanks, my dear!
OK so I'm hooked on your videos, very clever man even an old idiot like me can do it. I went onto your ebay site and bought the chord charts A1 size due to poor eyesight 😂 just say they are amazing no looking through pages its right in front of you and extremely simple to understand, it must be im 70 and I got it😊 thankyou for all the time you put into giving old guys like me hope and inspiration. I'm never going to be a Russ Conway but I'm a bit better than the comedy version of dear old Les Dawson 's deliberate mistakes may he rest in peace. Keep going and thankyou once again.
Thanks Gary thats very kind of you to say, and I’m glad you like the poster as well! I remember my mum used to joke saying I played like Les Dawson when I first started. We’ve gotta start somewhere ey 😆
Also old idiot here - but not this old 🙂. I love to read success stories in this age which inspires me and gives hope to improve and have fun still 20 years further in my live. Thanks.
At 73 I appreciate the lesson as I balance playing bass in one band and keys in another..keys being my weakest link so far..as a guitarist bass was my weaker link...so heres hoping keys will be strong and confident in a few years...God willing.
Man I didn’t even know what “SUS” meant until today …lol. That was really helpful and the suspended chords work really great with the root chords. Splendid work !
Well explained! Naming EACH chord or keynote by LETTERS 🔤🔠🔠🔠 does help with counts.. he does NOT rush lessons until he needs to complete the steps! Good job sir! Songs not bad at all! ........🐼🐼🐼🐼🐼. His charts ( letters) and when his keynotes or chords light up are very EASY to follow!! Enjoyed his lesson s! Wonderful!! Do more amazing songs that are beautiful 🥰🤣 like these lessons!!! ..
Having the music notation and the keyboard together made this so easy to grasp. Thank you!
