Try get new gears 3D printed. Glue back the bits you have to get most accurate measurements of original part.

Gears seems to be OK, main issues how to straighten the leadscrew !

@@InsideOutElectronics oh I missed that.... I'd try support it each side of the bend and apply pressure to the mid point. As it converts to linear motion I would think you could get it close enough to straight that it won't affect the image as whatever it moves will be on some guide rails or something yea?

Buy another one and try to rebuild a functional scanner.
Perhaps I'll buy you some parts, because I-m trying to repair my own one.
