How does cost compare between the blocks and bricks on the final structure? that's including cement,sand etc and labour costs.
Hi Harriet. That's a good question. Too early to call now. We will do a video once we are done with everything, including plastering so that it more accurately reflects the real costs...We will also find persons who build using the various stones then give worthy feedback. Hope you don't mind a little patience.

Hi, Where exactly in Homabay? The block itself is 50-60 shillings I don't know what you'll be charged for logistics.

Our house size floor is 13m × 10m ...we used 1400 PCs up to the ring beam.
The number will vary depending on your floor plan.

Hi Enock, good question! The cost is KES 50-60 per block and available on order. The transportation fees could be subject to the type of truck, distance and number of pieces bought + negotiations.
But it'd be definitely more affordable than Ndarugo, Thika
