Here's my Question. What are we gonna use during weddings, birthday parties, Funerals or any event ?? 2 ltr bottle? No one can effort that. So you mean it's okay to use Coke, Fanta, etc etc cause they don't pollute? It's okay to use plastic bags, Chips, noodles, sweets, bread ?? I guess all these are plastics as well.
First bring a solution instead of bringing problems. This is all politics..

I'm not highly educated but still, even an uneducated person could see through the solution like a daylight 🤷 Nagaland is a very small state with mere population of around 20 lakhs, which is like a colony population compared to North Indian states 🤷 so instead of wasting money on useless music festivals building hopeless wrestling stadiums and organising un-visionary events, the GON should invest 2-4 cr or even 20-30 cr depending on the scale of plant on recycle factory plant which would easily generate 40-70 lakhs per week for the state treasury as well as employment for atleast 200+ unemployed youths 🤷
If the factory is directly and solely run by the state government and not given to pvt Ltd or tender people, the faction(parasite) would find it difficult to come harrass or tax the factory
This is no rocket science but they won't do it because Rio and the government only thinks for themselves and not the welfare of the citizen or their future

Water bottles can be recycle instead of banning they should provide sufficient dustbin and encourage people to use dustbin. Waste management in Nagaland is very, very poor. Plastic carry bags are very necessary especially while buying meat and fish so it is not practical.
