NewEdge Steve Im stationed in Germany so my build is paused atm. Should have a 3.2 when I come back home to Texas 💪🏼. I have a baby 1.7 on right now I rebuild the blower myself and installed all the mods. I should’ve documented it on UA-cam smh

Baseline arb was made to fit tail pipes. Thats why its link spacing is closer to pumpkin, pumpkin

I think the width is really the difference maker here. A good analogy to think about it is say you were holding a wooden pole out straight in front of you with your hands near the middle. It's easy for someone to grab the ends of the pole and twist it out of your hands. If your hands are closer to the ends, it's harder for them to twist it.

Bro, i feel ur pain! It drains me to lay on the concrete under my car and work hands over you getting tired, ur neck gets tired. When ur done ur whole body hurts! Props to the Mrs for the fathers day gift. Happy belated Fathers Day and im really interested to see how the new arb works. Thats a huge difference in the new one. Another good video in the books

Them being closer will support less torsional deflection, the dimension that increases their capacity is the design of the arm and the outer diameter of the sway bar

These bars that have welded on arms just dont sit right with me. They are packaged right for the regular guy but no way are they as precise and hold up as the splined ones.
Also I cannot stand those things being stuffed up into that no mans land up there where you can hardly get to it.
Last SN95 I did had I believe a 2" splined bar in it and I put it in the trunk where you could get right to it. I have a feeling I am about to do another one of those next month.

@andrewlavender There is a recall for those jack stands. Take them back and get a refund or exchange them. Great video

Did you weld the “outriggers” arms to the ARB tube? How are they connected to the ARB tube?

I really struggled with traction after going with a stronger one.. I hope you don't have to go thru that process

So extend the passenger's side arm 1/2 turn past neutral with the car's suspension loaded like you are in it? I'm doing my 2011 S197 tomorrow with no instructions at all, lol. So if the car launches and veers to the right (hypothetically), I add preload / extend the right arm, or the opposite? Thank you for the video btw.
