Hi Gina, I don't know if you made these shrimp egg rolls because this old woman asked for some Chinese recipes, but if you did, thank you sooo much! I have made some in the past from another recipe and wasn't really happy with them, but thanks to Gina, I will try this tonight. I can tell that cooking the shrimp etc. before filling the wraps is the way to go, so I'm expecting these to be much better! My mouth was drooling as I watched you bite into them! Hello Gina great cook if you sit them on parchment paper while you make them no holes fool seems to stick to the egg wrap and there really good with a lil shredded Velveeta cheese while wrapping enjoy
Please note, as someone who grew up on Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, raw shrimp should never be even the slightest pink. This is a sign that the shrimp were not kept cold during transport or packaging. If buying frozen shrimp, only buy shrimp that are gray and translucent in color. Save pink colored raw shrimp for fishing bait.
