My friends and I used to binge watch these animations. The first one we watched, was the first one on this video, and my friend kaylee said, “We should call a character, and see who we get. I call soldier!” Then Kaitlin goes, “I call king!” And they laugh at me saying, “You have to be the poet!” I said, “Whatever. I think it’ll be cool anyways.” I remember watching this one with them. We don’t really get to hang out much anymore given one has soccer five days a week and tournaments on the weekends. It’ll change in the summer though.
This song and video speak volumes to me... I miss my friends so much. I miss us going on adventures. Loading our packs and wandering across the country side. I miss sitting around the campfire and talking about everything under the stars. I miss cooking for them. I miss them... what happened? We had a falling out and I wished so much that one day maybe we could fix things and then one got sick and one passed away and one changed.... this world. I don't know how much more I can take.
