I agree with you on the frozen tzatziki sauce from Gyro kits. we usually buy a small container of sour cream and combine it together to get rid of that awful texture form the sauce being frozen. it works like a charm! I've never had the chicken version before but it looked really good!

I got the chicken gyro kit and didn’t like it. I think I miss the fat from the lamb. I think they add xathum gum to keep the sauce from curdling but I didn’t like it either 😢
I can definitely understand your preference for the lamb. Howard prefers the original version too. That sauce is not the greatest. It's hard to bring back sour cream once it's been frozen. Thanks so much for watching! ~Andrea
