      They are NOT “Gangsters” in Broadmoor! It’s a HOSPITAL for the criminally insane. They are very sick individuals who need to be locked-up for other peoples safety & (more often) their own safety!!
      They’re the complete opposite of “cool gangsters” to the loved ones of their victims!! 🙄

    How many young persons are affected by their mothers being abused. It’s fucking terrible.

    • @PB22559
      @PB22559 2 роки тому +4

      Actually, a team of neurologists spent 4 decades interviewing inmates who had committed serious crimes in every prison in the US to try and find the root cause of why they ended up there.
      Turns out the common denominator for their lives of crime was directly related to trauma from their relationships with their mothers e.g physical and mental abuse, abandonment or lack of attention/love.

    Great conversation and both of you come out of this well. I was born and raised just 2 miles from Brixton and lived the first 29 years of my life there pre-mass immigration and the area was Middle Class (hence much of the original architecture) and very safe. I, frequently, walked home around 3am/4am on my own for 2 mileswithout a care in the world. There IS one particular disconcerting and worrying point though in that Ovie never, financially, needed to commit any crime(the usual explanation for criminality is, of course, coming from an impoverished home) and yet he STILL chose to do so...I could write a small book about my 67 years of experience in South East London but those stories/anecdotes/vignettes are for another day :)

      To me he seems to have a decent character, but like his mental health could send him to violence. To anybody who hasn't yet dabbled, there's a lot of unknowns still, about how different drugs and mental health conditions can intersect. It's wise to keep away from them towards keeping our minds clear. Not all of my friends who've experimented came out of the other side unscathed.
