My favourite story of my time in maintenance for Air Canada is when they had an employee appreciation lunch. They even told us "don't worry about bringing a lunch". Their "appreciation" was 1 hot dog and 1 can of pop. When many inquired about more food, they just denied us and locked the entrance into the lunch room.
Once a crew… no matter how long you have left the Industry.. it is still very close to your heart… because it’s the best job ever.. the journey was challenging but the destinations..is something else… everything have to come to an end to start something new.. opening anew door.

Story time: When I was flying the first time alone on a plane I was TERRIFIED!! The flight attendant saw this and came and sat next to me. She asked me what’s wrong I replied with “I’m scared and I miss my mom”. She got my bag and gave me my tablet. It was almost dead so she said “once this is dead. You can have mine” and then she handed me hers. And she gave me free drinks since I was/am younger than 18. This is why I love MOST flight attendants.

I’ve flown with Emirates once in my life. I was 8 and they were the most amazing accommodating people! Me and my sister were fussy eaters and my mum asked if there was any way we could be sure of getting the food option we liked. They brought our food out before all the rest just to make sure these 2 kids got a dinner that they would eat. Not that big of a deal but I’ve never forgotten it.

I’ve flown with Emirates once in my life. I was 8 and they were the most amazing accommodating people! Me and my sister were fussy eaters and my mum asked if there was any way we could be sure of getting the food option we liked. They brought our food out before all the rest just to make sure these 2 kids got a dinner that they would eat. Not that big of a deal but I’ve never forgotten it.
