I played Magic in the 90's and early 2000's. Started during Ice Age. Haven't played since, but back in 2011 I impulse bought a box of Innistrad. 2x Snapcaster Mage(1 Foil), 2x Liliana of the Veil. No longer have my collection but these are the only four cards of magic I own, perfect condition. Not sure I'll ever sell them because the artwork is great and it was around the time I played the last game of magic with a friend who has since passed away. Just found your channel and really enjoying it. Hopefully it doesn't get me back into Magic...
3:33 That foil bridge has a miscut/misprint sticker, if whoever opened that box can see this go to the Facebook "Misprints, Oddities, Rarities for Magic: the Gathering, MtG" and auction it, you'll get a pretty penny for it.
@@randispoling Its more of an overall impression of the type of misprint. Holo stamp errors arent going to fetch nearly as much as other misprints unless they are highly unique. This is just meh at best. I would expect a few extra dollars but not a 2x multiplier or anything.

Upon the suggestion of Hairy Arm Rudy over here, I picked UMA, and cracked Cavern of Souls and foil Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth. A cool $85 prize for going 3-1 at Monday Night Standard!

The reason Thespian Stage is in the set is because it combos with Dark Depths. You copy Dark Depths and since it is Legendary the rule makes you sac one to get your 20/20 flying token.

It's crazy that they printed Talrand at Rare. I remember him being the Face legendary of my very first Intro deck. Can't imagine how frustrating it would be to pay $15 for a pack to see his face. They even shifted down other low-cost rares like Laboratory Maniac to uncommon, so I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to keep Talrand in at rare.

Dont expect that much of a premium. It was barely off and it is decently easy to fake partial stamps.
