No farting
People bring cold beers in the sauna and get naked. Insane
1:01 what do you mean by "worsen" the sweating. If by intensify the sweating, why is this the opposite of what you would wish to achieve. Also, what is your rationale for leaving the sauna as soon as you feel discomfort and why should the sauna always feel comfortable.
The sauna should never feel that uncomfortable that you feel weak and dizzy during or after the session.
Yeppp, the whole point of a sauna is too feel discomfort 😂
I thought that too, thats the point
At the Healthclubs near me every single rule gets broken and then some. There is no end to the crap that people do in saunas in Urban Ameica
like what?
Don't know about healthclubs but here in Finland, proper Sauna is supposed to be equal ground for all, so everyone is naked there, in Finland saunas are quite dark rooms so you couldn't even see anything for that matter. No social, sexual or other nonsense themes in relation because you are not supposed to talk there or anything else but, just enjoy the löyly and vihta. (and one beer, after that just water) otherwise it is just a somewhat hotroom I'm not familiar with. I wouldn't recommend getting a cold shower after proper sauna because of the extreme body temperature variation in so short time, that's not good for you. (Here in summer when it's nearly 30°C outside and you go to sauna that's around 70-100°C and after 30-60 mins of löyly you take a warm shower and finish yourself drying and putting clothes on, go outside and that 30°C feels very cool for the rest of the day)
@@jeppanavonkeppana6048 Isn't it a tradition to ice plunge and go in a sauna? That would include an extreme body temperature change
@@bertmyles9483 in some degree, but properly done, you go carefully into the hole in the ice, spend a minute in the water and climb out, veterans don't need sauna in the process so it depends. If you are new to the event, then have some veteran with you to guide you through it..
No alcohol? I've never known a Scandinavian who doesn't drink while at the sauna, they love a beer or a vodka in there, also cooking sausages at the same time.
ha ha ha
Shit I might have overused the Sauna 😅 Almost got a heatstroke
how long were you in for and how many days
Only in USA you will see people in sauna with sneakers and shirt on 😂😂😂, i mean really like half of them 😂😂😂
I take it between 50 degrees for 35 minutes and then 60 degrees for 15 mins.
Note: DO NOT EAT BEFORE SAUNAS.
Thank me later.
Fuck heat
Do NOT pour waters on Electric sauna!! Dummies.
Oops
I have always dizziness after sauna , why is that?
Are you only saying that because it has the word "electric" in it?
Are you spying on me🧐🤣 I'm in a sauna right now... No. I'm specifically talking to the Dummies who don't know how to pour water on the rocks.
