Hey Kaare... loved this video. It is exactly what I was looking for as we are leaving on April 19. Question.... how did you feel about the food on Royal vs. Carnival?
Oooh, you are leaving in a few days. Enjoy! I found the food comparable - Royal could be a bit better at times. This ship is a lot lower key than Carnival is, so you'll notice that. It's also a very beautiful ship! Glad this video helped. Bon Voyage!
did you get the sun on your balcony? and i would be traveling with a male friend, would the beds be able to be separated enough as there doesn't seem to be a lot of room to separate them.? thanks hun
Can't say I minded that much! Carnival Cruise lines is more engaging with their Cruise Directors - the Jewel was pretty limited, so it was ok with me to not hear most of the broadcasts that they did while in the room :-)

You’ll get sun, but really depends on what direction you are traveling! The beds do separate with about 1-2ft of space between them.
