How to play board games with Vassal and Discord

This video shows you how to play board games online using Vassal to play the game and Discord to talk to the other players. There are three steps: 1. install Vassal. 2. Install the Vassal game module. 3. Install Discord and click on the voice channel for the game. The game used is Divine Right, a fantasy wargame. Vassal, Vassal modules, and Discord are all free. You are supposed to own a copy of the game to play it - a game module does not include the rules, but includes everything you need to play the game.

N.B. When you see the "Game Room" in vassal, double-click on the chosen game to join it.

No, you can't have an AI player in Vassal, although various parts of the game can be automated.
