I loved the instructions encouraging people to taste as they go. It always drives me crazy when people want the exact amounts of seasoning in a recipe for fear that it might explode if they get it wrong . It's only food and yours, as always, is impeccable.

I add some fresh diced cucumber and seeded diced tomato and some spring onions. I've made it with a few diced black olives and that's real good too.

I made this for a 4th of July Barbeque I attended at the last minute....it was a hit!!! Of the 12 guests...3 emailed me afterwards for the recipes....only mistake I made was not to have tripled the recipe. I did add one a shallot diced really fine..but as the Chef says...add whatever you want..it is your salad...this is definitely a keeper....
Having been born and raised in Maryland, we ate a lot of this growing up. This recipe looks almost as good as my mom's.

I use half mayo and half greek yoghert to lower the fat content and give the salad a slightly zingy taste. Best pasta salad. Ever.

Is it bad I just changed my router's SSID to "Shellfish Blush"?
I add 1/3c sour cream just before serving the chilled pasta. mix it in well. It paasta seems too dry add a Tablespoon of ice water or.Adds just a hint of creaminess. You can also use 1/3c of plain yoghert instead of the sour cream if you are concerned about cholesterol.
