I was always a lesbian in the closet also.I was crying and my mother talked to me and I came out that I was a lesbian.She was very supportive of me and my girlfriend's until she passed away.

My daughter who is 24 just came out to me a few months ago it caught me by surprise cause I never saw anything to make me think she was gay but I love my daughter with my heart and my soul and im ok with it cause I want her to be happy in life I never want to feel she has to hide who she really is cause she won't be accepted cause thats not the case as long as she is happy and with someone who treats her good and that she is happy with im good all I want for my kids is for them to be happy and to live their best life ever every day im very happy for you two girl you two are beautiful and I wish all the happiness in the universe for yall 💖

I can relate to both of your stories. I felt that self hate before. I felt so bad for being gay. I dated guys and I just knew that I didn't want to continue dating them. At the save time, I was burning to come out. I finally came out to my parents this year. It's very rocky. They completely ignore my queerness, but it's a working progress. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with you her doing that scarred me and left me traumatized for a long time. I have moved past it but I’ve never forgiven her for that. Please don’t cry, I’ve learned to love and accept myself and no one can take that away from me. I hope you have that for yourself as well.

This is great . I came out a long time ago but wow back in the day l would NEVER. My brother my two nephews are gay . So I’m looking for my flamboyant gay uncle who the family rejected .? I am a Teacher l work at a stage school and these students they are out to the world our headteacher is gay and so are most of the staff this is like working in DISNEYLAND. I do know about teenagers who are still struggling thou xx

I would say right before we met I kinda wondered but low key but was dating men and wasn’t really unhappy with that so I was ok not being with a woman! But also I was more so in denial of my own feelings.
