The cats 🐈 are so sweet, and they seem to like you too . The sheep 🐑 seemed to load nicely. It was sooo funny when Arnie lost control of that sheep and they flipped over. I'm sure that they will be satisfied customers. The sheep seem happy to be outside in the sunshine. That raven was beautiful. Thank you for showing us pictures of the sheep in their new home. I really enjoyed the video, thanks so much for sharing. Have a great Monday. ❤🐑
A group of lovely young ewes went to that buyer, for sure. They must have known that his was a good home because they literally zipped into the trailer. 😉 Not sure what Arnie was doing with that ram, lol, but his comment about Max’s herding skills “You finally did something intelligent, Max” had me almost choking on my coffee! 🤣🤣 Loved the end shots of the sheep in their new home. Seems those farmers have the same feeding methods with good wholesome hay, so that’s a perfect conclusion. 😊🐑
Your customers took home a gorgeous flock of ewes!! Knowing the sheep are going to a farm where they are cared for is priceless. Thanks so much for sharing another great video!! Stay safe!!🙏❤🇺🇸
Arnie WWE’ing with the ram. 😂😂 So nice you sold more sheep. I hope you are close to having the numbers you want? You’re getting quite a few friendly kittens. That’s awesome. THANK EWE!!
Good morning Arnie and Lynn. What a great trio of kitties. ❤❤. Those people are getting some absolutely beautiful ewe lambs. Lucky them. Glad they are going to a similar environment. Now there are some happy sheep running out to the yard. Hopping along the way. The ravens are nice birds to see each year. Like friends of Ewetopia. Gosh hard to think it is time for third cut hay and soybeans and corn to be harvested. Great video. That ram lam really did stretch out tall. Quite a great looking fella. Big big hugs to you both. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😉😉😉❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It is amazing how large they look when they get on their hind legs! He actually looks normal sized when he's standing down on his four legs 😁 He stood out for us and since he didn't take him, we decided to save him for ourselves next year! Very nice boy 😊🥰🥰🥰
Another fun video! The kitties seem to be beginning to warm up to you, that's great. Loved watching the ewe lambs run out to the field, they looked so happy!
It was nice to see the ravens, i bet they are the same family (mr. and maybe Mrs.) who live on your farm year after year raising their young, they don't seem to go far, except the young, the young, i've read, seem to be the ones to go off to find thier own territorys, i could be wrong?
I'm curious Lynn: do you guys have many options for getting your sheep sheared? Are there any up and coming new ones calling on you to serve the needs of your flock? When you see the numbers that will come together in shearing crews in the UK or New Zealand, it's easy to assume things are the same in North America. Sadly they aren't. Farming and farm related jobs have been neglected here for decades. Where 50 years ago most of us had at least one of our relatives in farming. Now you may as well ask the average city dweller if they have an astronaut in the family, as they're that rare. Far too many think their food originates in the supermarket. Our governments can't seem to wrap their heads around the reality that young people need to see the farming industry as a career path. For too long the focus has been on college degrees and white collar education.
Getting a shearer, especially one who can shear well and are strong enough to do larger numbers and sized sheep like ours. It is a real problem in Canada. I know people who have actually sold all their sheep because they just can't get a shearer! In the UK, the shearers are like athletes that everyone aspires to be like! Here, no one wants to do it.
@@EwetopiaFarms I wonder how we can get through to government that we need things like Canadian shearing schools and other farm labour courses? It just isn't talked about. My introduction to working with livestock, came at age 15. The Assiniboine Downs racetrack was within walking distance and my first summer job was "walking hots". It led a year later to groom and eventually to travel to Montreal, then the US. I switched over to Harness Racing for a few years then back to Thoroughbreds a few years later. I became assistant trainer for a local racing stable and their breeding farm. Most people have no ideas these types of career paths exist.
Congratulations on yet another sale! No romance without finance, right?!? So I think you have sold all of your 2024 ewe lambs except for a few in the straggler group? Is that correct?
The Kittens always make my day 💛🤎🤍🖤 The Raven family is adorable as well
The kittens are quite irresistible!😍
Glad the sale went through for the ewe lambs and they are going to a good home

I think it is the originals, too. I hope the youngsters still live in the area, too, though 🙂

Yes, that's definitely needed but either our sheep organizations aren't proactive enough or the government just doesn't get it@gregedmand9939
love your vids, am making the broccoli side dish
Hope you enjoy! Be sure to let us know 😁🤞
Nice load of ewes on that trailer! Happy for you.
Yes! Thank you! ❤
It seems like you always have to have one oops when the buyers are there visitors 😂
Unfortunately, yes!🤣🤣

All the Dorsets. We would like to sell about 20 more Suffolks 🙂
❤🐑
How many ewes did the farmer buy?
@@ruthbentley7560 50 ewe lambs
You should put a camera up by the ravens nest to put in your videos now an then .. just a suggestion.
As long as you can handle the climb & heights
We would love too but they aren't too happy about people climbing up there and I'm pretty sure that those beaks would destroy a camera!😉
Did they end up with 50?
Yes, they did 🙂
🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤😊
