Just to clarify that according to the hadith in Sahih Muslim 2897 Hazrat Isa peace be upon him will ascend in Syria.The mosque with the white minaret.

@26:38 I didn't understand this part. Does it mean the Muslims will lose Madinah for some time and it will be renamed Yathrib?
When the hypocrites were among themselves they called Madinah, Yathrib.
"And [remember] when the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease said, Allāh and His Messenger did not promise us except delusion,
And when a faction of them said, O people of Yathrib, there is no stability for you [here], so return [home]. And a party of them asked permission of the Prophet, saying, Indeed, our houses are exposed [i.e., unprotected], while they were not exposed. They did not intend except to flee." Qur'an 33:12-13
The prophet ﷺ using the term Yathrib for Madinah shows that the rulers of Madinah at that time may be hypocrites. The official name will most probably still be Madinah, but the use of the term "Yathrib", just shows who the people running it are. Allah knows best.
Allahu 'Alam what the "ruin of Yathrib" refers to though. One could only speculate. The Sheikh might expand more on that in future classes inshaAllah or in his book he will release soon inshaAllah.
