1988 Hoover Elite 350 U4459

Hi everyone. Here's another one of my birthday gifts I got for myself. I got this along with an Elite 600 U4465-9 I both got from eBay. The same seller of course. This is also my 34th Elite style upright. This is also my 2nd Elite 350 since I got my first one which is a model U4463-9 nearly a year ago. Anyways after I got both the Elite 600 and Elite 350, I immediately took everything apart and cleaned everything up to make it look like new. I put in a HEPA bag, an LED lightbulb, a new CWP brushroll, and just like all of my Elites, a NOS 20 bladed fan. The only issue this vacuum had was the carbon brush. The night after testing it out and after installing the brushroll, it wouldn't turn on and noticed the carbon brush somehow got damaged. It was no problem since I had extras and after putting in, it works again. Other than that, it works very well and I also love the blue color. What's interesting is that this is also my Elite to be made in 1988, the 1st year when these were introduced. Enjoy.
