Hey Yo! I would recommend using cake strips so you don’t need to cut off any caramelization or level the cake. Unless of course you like eating the cake humps. 😉

My little nephew turned 4 last weekend and a friend of the family organized a massive parade for him. 40+ people on motorcycles, fire trucks and other emergency vehicles. He loved it!
For my birthday my sister and i baked 4 cakes and then After that my other sister got me all glammed up and my family surprised me with my whole house being decorated so beautifully then we ate the cakes abd i opened presents. So it was awesome😁❤
