This is iron deficiency. Please spray ferrous sulphate. Mix Thiourea with ferrous sulphate.
Mix 1 gram Thiourea in 2 litres of water, and 2 gram ferrous sulphate together, leave the mixture for half an hour for stabilization, and then spray on the affected plants. The results will be visible in about a week. No other micronutrient is involved in this yellowing problem. Excess watering should also be avoided as far as possible.
