Hey dude ...I know it's random but i guess you are into legos so you can answer ..I just started building a couple days ago ..how much time and money do you think it goes to make cities this big ?
Man alive, did anyone predicted this to happen, I didn’t see this coming, à behind the scenes of JangBricks with Beyond the Brick, how could this get any better??!
Jang my absolute favorite Lego UA-camr who got me building again. Love following his city and values his reviews. Beyond the Brick my favorite when it comes to inspiration. Brilliant.
This is a very nice and interesting video. I follow Jang's city progress on his channel, but some of the well-placed questions brought new light to the whole endeavor. So thanks for making this! :)
Been a subscriber of Jang's since the very early days of his city in his previous home. It's so awesome to see how far he's come and how he can now do this as a full time career. It's also cool to see him doing some collabs lately. He seems like such a truly kind, down to earth dude.
This is amazing and surreal. Jang: the Godfather of the Lego UA-camr community. Thank you so much Joshua and the Beyond the Brick team for making this a reality!
I love hearing Jang talk about his passion for building, and find where he takes his inspiration from heartwarming. His videos always put a smile on my face
Joshua, this was a great tour with Jangbricks, we love him and it's nice to see him being interviewed and you always do a wonderful job, too! what an incredible collection of water Lego theme, too! very nice, with the screen behind and the underwater feel! Jang is one of those amazing Lego experts we love to learn from! It was interesting to hear his process as he designs, etc. Digital is cool, but hands on is the way most people build Lego. The Mining area and future plan to break through into the dinosaur area! wow, so fun to see the whole tour! thanks! 'Labor of Love, indeed!"
I cant express my gratitude for this interview to be real.... The respect I have for JANGs work. But the easter egg for Seaguls Stop it Now killed me you HAVE to have a patreon, subbing and liking simply isn't enough
Awesome collaboration guys! Great to see a modern rundown of Jang's layout for fans who might not yet have seen it. Plus a great way to show it off and gain insight on the building process without actually moving it to a show or something.
I love Jangbricks! I got into Lego because of his videos. His narration and his voice... so calming... Jang would do well reading books to children. Maybe in plays or videos. He's awesome!👍🏽
I have always loved Jangbricks, his reviews and passion towards LEGO bricks and it’s a pleasure to see him interviewed by the best UA-cam LEGO channel! ;)
How on earth do you have time to film all this stuff? Weren't you just in Japan or Chicago, or... Great video and so good to see behind the person of one of the best LEGO UA-camrs out there. His passion for his City and LEGO is what inspired me to start my own AFOL Channel, so thank you JangBricks! Going to take some time to digest all of this.
Totally mind blowing! Anyone who has ever built any lego set small or large will appreciate the hours and hours that has gone into this. Thousands of hours I am sure! Looks great.
I was born and raised in sf ...im from the bernal heights area..my family has been there for 100 yrs or more...had no idea you were in sf!!!!....im working in TN right now...but my whole family is still there..i go whenever i can...my mom is still in bernal heights... Your legos are amazing..i enjoy your videos so much!!!!
Was about to fall asleep see a notification for this pop up watch it in its entirety enjoyed it learned some more stuff about jang and his lego city. Now I am ready to fall asleep... I cannot imagine jang doing bmx though. Oh and that awkward ending... lol
Mason Lee its my own custom design. I made it using a clone trooper helmet template that I found on google images by just looking up clone trooper helmet png.
Watching this is so much better than watching a room full of old rare set in sealed box and hundred Kg of categorized or uncategorized pieces, and the owner seems satisfied watching them meticulously sorted and stored.
This is so great! I'm a big fan of Jangbricks and it's very cool to see you guys at Beyond the Brick to visit him like this, he does amazing work, both for his city and reviews, (plus we don't see his face very often!) So thank you Beyond the Brick, and long live Jangbricks! Thumbs up! Very cool walkthrough!
I am planning on building a city but do not have the amount of bricks that most of the big city builders have and funds are a bit tight at the moment. I have been subscribed to Jangbricks' channel for a few months and have been inspired to create my own buildings with what I have. I have subscribed to other channels as well to try and pick up new building techniques, there are a lot more colours and parts than in the 1970/80s when I had a large Lego collection. I built some MOCs back then, including houses in the 1970's. I hadn't realised there was such a large AFOL community until I discovered the Jangbricks channel and several more, now I have joined the community from the UK.
As an AFOL and an electrician, I wish I could come hook you up with some lighting and some home entertainment stuff for that room your layout is in. Such an AWESOME and amazing city! Great work!
Not gonna lie, jang is a busy guy, daily content, builds city's in lego, and he looks really tired compared to a video he made a few years ago showing his face
Jang looks like he has lost some weight, compared to the face video awhile back. The video I am thinking is when he (Jang) read a letter from an Army Vet who said that rediscovering Lego is helping his recovery from injuries, and possibly PTSD.
Wow this was a really great video!! Jang has been a huge inspiration in me getting into the LEGO YT community which then lead to me creating my own LEGO UA-cam channel.
Jang, I love your reviews and your passion for Lego. I was certain you were 50+ years old based on your voice. With that said you do have a great voice for UA-cam.
Not really the same features but he does look like a friend of mine. Unfortunately he passed away years ago and I am not sure if I have any pictures around. But his relatives do all look a like. I wonder if he might be somehow from the same gene pool, after all america is pretty much a mix of people from all around the world so it's possible. Oh and he also liked legos a lot mostly the castle theme.
Awesome work, my compliment JANGBRICKS. It seems not so overloaded like other city projects by other AFOL's. I like your concept. Your trains are very nice. Greetings from Germany
Great video! Nice to see Jang looking and sounding so relaxed. Sometimes in his videos he can come across as a bit serious (probably due to his professionalism). Great to hear him talk from the heart.

agochoa I guess that’s how he is described
I agree

So your average San Francisco resident
Jang is clearly a highly intelligent and gifted man. Indicated by his Lego mastery and his ability to afford property in San Francisco!
Matthew Sommerville yeah the cost of living in San Francisco is just stupidly high.
maybe that's his parents basement? ;)
Hey dude ...I know it's random but i guess you are into legos so you can answer ..I just started building a couple days ago ..how much time and money do you think it goes to make cities this big ?

And his ability to afford all these Legos 😂
Watching two 20+ year old men get excited over LEGO is truly a wholesome sight.
I couldn't possibly agree more!
