This is how to add or take-off trampoline springs without any tools. The difficult part is getting something to hold onto, but by using another spring, you are able to hook onto the end and pull with 2 hands. There is a tool that comes with new trampolines and spring-kits, but since this was a hand-me-down trampoline, we didn't have that tool.

Thank you so much for this video. I had to put my 8 year old's trampoline up on my own as my partner's disabled.
I used the spring tool that came in the box and by the 10th spring I couldn't pull the hook far enough with both hands to fit it, let alone with one to attach the spring with the other.
Exhausted, frustrated, chapped and bleeding hands I Googled for a better option and this video came straight up. The next 30 springs went on like a dream and only the last 5 gave me any difficulty but still nothing like I had before.
So, once again, thank you, from a knackered dad and a happy 8 year old girl.
