- 'ಕೆ. ಪಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಚಂದ್ರ ತೇಜಸ್ವಿಯವರ ಕತೆ ಆಧಾರಿತ 'ಡೇರ್ಡೆವಿಲ್ ಮುಸ್ತಾಫಾ' ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಕತೆಗಾರನ ಓದುಗರೇ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಿನಿಮಾ.
'ನಿನ್ನಂಥೋರ್ ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ವಲ್ಲೋ ಲೋಕದಾ ಮ್ಯಾಲೆ' ಎಂಬ ಈ ಗೀತೆ ಕನ್ನಡ ಹವ್ಯಾಸಿ ರಂಗಭೂಮಿಯ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ಗೀತೆ. ಸುಮಾರು ೪೦ ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಮುದಾಯ ರಂಗತಂಡ ಅಭಿನಯಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಿದ, ಡಾ ಕೆ.ವಿ.ನಾರಾಯಣ ರಚಿಸಿದ 'ಹುತ್ತವ ಬಡಿದರೆ' ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಡಾ.ಸಿ ವೀರಣ್ಣ ರಚಿಸಿದ ಈ ಹಾಡಿನ ಸಂಗೀತ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಶ್ರೀ ಬಿ.ವಿ.ಕಾರಂತ.
ಈ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧ ರಂಗಗೀತೆಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ 'ಡೇರ್ಡೆವಿಲ್ ಮುಸ್ತಾಫಾ' ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಹುಡುಗರು ವಾರ್ಷಿಕೋತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಡಿ ಕುಣಿಯುವಂತೆ ಚಿತ್ರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಾಡೊಳಗೆ ಮೈಸೂರು ರಾಜ ರಣಧೀರ ಕಂಠೀರವರ ಸಾಹಸದ ಕತೆಯಿದೆ. ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಹೊರತಾಗಿ ಈ ಹಾಡನ್ನು ವೈಭವದಿಂದ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದೆನಿಸಿದಾಗ ಹೊಳೆದದ್ದು ಡಾ ರಾಜಕುಮಾರ್ ಅನಿಮೇಷನ್. ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಅಣ್ಣಾವ್ರನ್ನು ಅನಿಮೇಷನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಡುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಮಾರು ೮೦೦ ಕಲಾಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ನಮ್ಮ ಟೀಶರ್ಟ್ ಕೊಂಡು ಈ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಕ್ಕೆ ಕೈಜೋಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ದಸರೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಹಾಡಿನ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾವಾದರೂ ಭಾವಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
The film ‘Daredevil Musthafa’ is based on K.P Poornachandra Tejaswi’s short story with the same name. In a first of its kind attempt, 65 fans of the writer have come forward to produce this film.
‘Ninnathor Yaaru Ilvallo Lokada Myaale’ is a popular theatre song composed 40 years ago by legendary theatre person Sri BV Karanth and written by Dr C Veeranna for Samudaya, Bengaluru theatre group. We have adapted this song into our film for a scene where a bunch of college students perform on stage for the talent’s day.
To justify the visual grandeur and the underlying theme of this song, we decided to make a promotional animation song featuring iconic Dr Rajkumar as Ranadheera Kanteerava. Fans of the icon came forward and supported this ambitious project by buying our merchandise.
On account of Dasara we are releasing this video song to celebrate Dr Rajkumar and the legacy of Mysuru Kingdom.
