Preserve Your Video Quality on WhatsApp Status

- Once you upload a high quality cinematic video as your whatsapp status, Whatsapp compresses the soul out of that video and what you are left with is a pixelated crap. I found a fix for that.
This footage was completely color graded using my custom LUT

Thanks👌..I usually use 1400 kbs for WhatsApp status with a resolution of 1440x1080....this works I've tried it🔥🔥...becoz 1400 bitrate doesn't lag or get blurry if someone watch your status if he/she having slow network connection...u should not focus only on the video quality...u need to focus on the viewers too...coz they might have slow network connection...hopes this helps

U can upload ur video in high quality if it is within 10mb, but now it's now work, it's work still few months ago..!!but Now from last 2monts if the video quality is less than 5 mb then it's show it's actual quality..!!

The problem now is you can only use the first 30 seconds of the video using this method

True, but if I have a 1min video and I want to put up the video as 2 halves on my status... or put the last 30 seconds of the video as my status, I can't do it.

Then render the next 30 and then separately send each one to your phone and then post it as 2 statuses

This option is no more available. I use to do like this for all my status which is less than 16MB and it worked fine. Recently this method is not working.
I guess some android phones took away this feature, don’t know why! 😕
Do we agree that it is a "new" thing ? I mean, i'm fairly certain I could upload 4k 60fps videos shot with my S10 in very good quality back in 2022. That shit is unbelievable, now it looks like a compressed video played on a Saturn.

Now, you can see more and more videos are uploaded each second, so obviously it would be recommended for the servers to compress the quality once posted!

Hey bro how do i rotate a horizontal video without cropping the video, like the video you put on your status. I tried following many tutorials but it is cropping the video and zooming in too much.
Well you can change the timeline resolution to 1080x1920
This will have a vertical timeline, however in this case , the video will be cropped, but you can adjust where you want the cropping on the postion tab in the inspector.
If you want to post a full horizontal video without cropping, you can do one thing, once the rendering is done, you can rotate the video to -90 degrees on your phone or laptop and then upload on instagram.

You need to make sure that ur video size should be less than or equal to 16 mb in size.
Hey, the thing is When i render and export, the video which i send from WhatsApp web comes like in Document Typ media, if you know what i mean!! without thumbnail and stuff, as if it's some document, That's why it doesn't show Status option afterwards! Any fix for that?

Then click on whatsapp web, open a chat and are you clicking “photo and Video library” in the chat?

@@FenzirL That problem did solve actually? But i was editing a reel kind of, but the editor is adding a Square Black background to the video by itself which makes the original video small congested typ, you understand? How can i solve that?
@@kamranpirzada502 yes, for that you need to make the timeline settings to “1080x1920” (reel format)
Then in the render tab also, make the resolution “1080x1920”
