Crap team spent the whole match hiding in their own base and accomplishing nothing. Flamu and Halland were the only ones trying to win. 90% of my games are just like this.
Do you know what I like about this video? Awareness. Your situational awareness is top notch. If it was me, I wouldn't have gone south to take care of the Halland, and perhaps made the game lost. Keep up the good work
That Halland kill really highlights how people sleep on Shima guns. 99% of Shima players wouldn't have taken that fight. A fight that you not only won, but ended up winning your team the game. Great play, Flolo.

It's funny Shima was my first tier 10 ship. I struggled with it for awhile to the point of giving up and grinding out the Swedish DD line. And in all fairness I enjoyed the Yugamo and the Kagaero I just wasn't liking the Shima. After playing the Swedish line for about a month religiously and really really learning the hard lessons of DD gameplay and placement I have the Shima a try again after watching your videos I took some advice from what you had said and I really like the Shima again. I think I was just playing it much to aggressively before. If you just wait for enemies to push Into you it works much better. I've been running the F3 torps on it because I think they best cater to the play style I like with the Shima. However the 12km are amazing in their own way and should not be dismissed. I actually will rotate between them on different days depending on how I want to play or if I'm playing in a Div with another DD. TL:DR thanks for making me realize I can still enjoy and have fun in the Shima!
I play my American CV by killing DDs and spotting mostly. Japanese CV to kill cruisers and battleships (rockets not as good against DDs) German CV to devastate cruisers and battleships while topping DDs. British CV needs buffs.

Honestly it's not surprising that the good players get salty and leave the game. The teams nowadays are like a daycare group of toddlers that you have to babysit just to make them do the damn bare minimum. The way the first enemy Hindenburg got away despite yoloing within 10-15km of Montana and Thunderer for a whole three minutes is just... nope, there are no words for it.
A team like this would have left me raging. Of course, I would have lost that since I'm not nearly as good as Flamu. But people don't shoot spotted targets and basically running to the next map. This "The caps are lava" guys are so toxic for me. I should really quit playing...
On my server, most Pan-EU DD players are allergic to cap. I don’t even know why. They just keep on sailing around the map spamming torps instead of capping

But it can work out fine, IF I HAVE CRUISERS&BBS WHO GIVE ME FIRE SUPPORT. Easy to blame the dd if other ships camp the a line to not get shot. See his game, do you think you can blame the dds? The Halland and flamu carried the game
I would have given that opponent Shimakaze a +1 were I you. He could have easily won his team the match if he'd have just started running away and waited on points. I'm happy that in the end he was pepega enough to throw it because you really put in the work for that W.
Spotting and keeping enemies spotted is, like you said, one very important role from a dd but I get flamed a lot of times as useless by fellow team players who have no idea the role I play in giving them targets and not shoot, getting spotted and die instantly.
I haven't played Wows for quite a long time now, and if I was going to come back I'm not sure which lines I want to grind (and spend some free exp I had saved up). I'd be most interested in going up a RN line (I've already gone up most of the CL line), but which one would be best for a rusty player? Anyone happen to know if there's any talk of some kind of RN battlecruiser line?
I am starting to like dd play. I don't usually score high damage, because my torpedo aim is not that good, but I certainly help my team win, by contesting caps, spotting and killing the enemy dds. It is proving to be more fun than the usual BB playing I do.
I wish there was a way to play only vs ships in same tier like ranked t10 but for 6 or 7, wish there was "high tier" and "mid tier" ranked at the same time as separate leagues
Those Games is why i play WOWS but this typ of game is very rare these days most of the Games end in under 10 Minutes with one team just wrecking the other .
I thought the destroyer in the far, far west did an exceptional job too. One wrong move and he/she may have accidentally contributed more to the outcome thereby ruining his pursuit of an, apparently, undeclared misaire. Flamu inadvertently ruined his cunningly formulated game plan.
The enemy shima could have sailed to the corner and secured a win. The number of Tier X players who don't understand how points work is amazing. 60 seconds and a 200 point lead is a WIN if you just don't get spotted. Sail to a corner and just win.
Find it interesting how high the overall xp of your team was in comparison to the closeness of the game. Maybe the xp was for the damage farmed and the closeness was due to the abandoning of capture points?
In my experience, pinging the map (and, often, even quick commands) without explaining in chat what's it about never works. I don't think anyone understood much if anything you were trying to convey there at the start.

This game is getting hard to want to play anymore. The player base is just SO BAD now. I used to be able to carry games being unicum, now it doesn't even matter. The teams I get put on, just refuse to try to win at all. I'm basically at the point where I log on only for daily containers, and soon not at all.

The last time I was this early Cvs could only focus you for the first half of the match.

RN BB line is literally the easiest line to use
