Good Gyan. Appreciated. Epsom salt foot soak is another remedy. Also alternating from a hot water soak for 3 minutes to a cold water soak for two minutes. Keep the two buckets side by side. Of course your tips are invaluable too. First time to hear if apple cider towel wrap. Interesting. Must try it. Thank you.

During the COVID19 some things have happened to me. I’m relieved according to your video I’m just sitting in a position for too long playing games!
