The girl 16 year old who sang her original song 15 is a touching and it not only resonates with the young people, it resonates with this woman at a much older age.
the first audition, i watched her father in concert at the grand ole opry. the best experience of my life. definitely runs in the family

COUNTRY SINGERS TALENT COMPETITION - I have been listening to Serius XM 80-90's country songs of late, and noticed that they are story tellers with talents. This young man has that quality in his performance, writing and playing. It is pure joy to see that is still alive and I would really love to see country go back to story telling of old,.

This ain't a fake show. No matter the style your in your are going to be juge by what américain idol is all about. I am a french Canadian rock blues fan like zeppelin Deep purple who barely understand the meaning of the song and i still go true a box of cleenex anyway for any style i ear. Hope you américain idol understand the impact you have on those none english spoken people. For me you are a part a big part of my life love you guys and thank you

Yeah, I love watching someone sing an oldies classic for sure, but there's not much of a marketing aspect to it, if you know what I mean. They're going more for the younger crowd because they're going to be here a lot longer, in turn, more profit. It's mostly business aspect of how they do things a lot of, if not most of the time. There are definitely classics for sure that can make it through, but there's not that many to work with. It's mostly business because this is a business and without the money, they wouldn't be able to function. But yeah, I do love older music as much, sometimes more than the newer ones.

After she did the second song with perfection I was really shocked at how the judges especially Katy react to het. I was expecting to see a lot more enthusiasm with the judges. However, I'm glad she at least got 3 yes's to go to Hollywood!! Bravo 👏 👏

@@EndlessMahogany that's besides the point.. not everyone experiences the kind of bad experience that runs through the usual winners.. the fact is these shows are intentionally directed.. the drama of the backstory makes for better tv.. so yes they keep them as long as possible.. why else do you think they make these dramatic experiences aware to the public.. they have nothing to do with singing despite this being a singing show
