Quad Bike King - Port Stephens NSW - A Great Day Out

A quick video showing off some of the sand dunes near Port Stephens, about an hour's drive north of Newcastle. 'Quad Bike King' (say it quickly, you'll get it...) run a range of tours, with a pretty flexible approach to cancellations and changes. So what's the day like? The quad bikes are pretty big, even for adults, and you could come unstuck and roll one if you worked at it. In general, you play 'follow the leader', and they generally make sure they avoid other beach users, especially idiots in 4WD's and on dirt bikes. We spent an hour on the Quad Bikes. The instruction and safety are top-notch too, and transport from the depot to the dunes is provided via their fleet of Landcruisers.
