i've only recently gotten into this song and now i absolutely love it
elfen lied 💜this is the moment before lucy cuts off hands and legs of nana (my fav character) and then they get replaced with doll-like prosthetics
their first album sounds like it was made from one sound/sample (i also appreciate the video game style which is very unique to sing on to this day)

truee, i think ethan said he short-circuited some old atari game consoles for the sound design so it all makes sense.
and u gotta be an genius to even get the idea for this sound and execute it perfectly.
