As a regular swimmer with natural blonde hair, and even with a cap to protect it, over the past 20+ years I have used many different shampoos for removing chlorine & also salt water. Most left my dry hair in a terrible condition or didn’t do anything at all - so I always recommend TRISWIM shampoo to everyone especially in the summer or if they’re swimming regularly (hopefully it’s available in the UK.) My hairdresser noticed straight away when I first used it, and it’s been 5+ years now! 💙🏊🏻♀️💙

I'm the messy one too in my relationship! 😂 In our defence I will say that men's clothes are so much easier to fold! Women's clothes instead are so slippery, flowy, frilly...they're unfoldable!
I keep looking at the wild deodorants but I always use Mitchum is it as effective??x
I always used to use Mitchum as well (I am a super sweater) and use Wild now, I find it is just as effective but you do have to let your body get used to it for a month or so!

I find it interesting what British people call chinese vegetables because it is often different from the American translation/spelling. It gets really confusing in our family because every vegetable has a minimum of 3 names: Cantonese, American English, Mandarin and sometimes Taishanese. Then we add in the British, Hong Kong, Canadian, Australian etc names. That cabbage we call "Napa Cabbage" here in the US.
