Hey, it's apart of reshade. So if you go into your reshade im game and select the effect comic that's what will give you the outline and you can adjust the settings on how thick and dramatic you want it to look. Hope this helps 😁 ill do a reshade tutorial later this week to share how to do this!
I think you might mean serving sims behind the bar? You just need to place down a bar counter at either a bar venue or if you use the spawn refresh mod I mentioned bartenders will show up to any community lot with a bar.

Oh gotcha haha, no no, this only pawns bartenders on community lots. If you want a bartender to show up to your house you'd use the standard method of hiring a bartender with your own funds. Hope that helps 😁
