Awesome video. I've always wanted to see and hike in the Sierra Anchas, but don't think I'll be able to with my SUV after seeing your video of the roads lol . Thanks for sharing. It's hard to find content like this on the area on social media. It's nice to be able to get a better picture of what it looks like, especially after all the rain this year. I would kill to see Redbud Trees like that in the "wild." They are rare here in AZ!
Great video! We got our dog up there with a climbing/lift harness on the rope sections. Wasn’t too challenging but we did practice so she was used to being lifted on a rope.
If I missed it please forgive me. But I’m real interested in the camper & tent you’ve been using the past few months. I assume it was custom to your needs? I thought I heard in one vid you planned to do a vid on it. Can’t wait. If no vid maybe a public post somewhere? Thanks. Love the set up a lot!
I’m not sure I’ve ever actually mentioned the name of the camper. It’s a flippac, sort of an “antique” overland camper. I really enjoy it though. I may do a walkthrough on it soon I haven’t really shown the full set up!
Thank you! I have been out there year before I started the UA-cam, it kind of reminded me of reddington we have down here in Tucson. Might have to come out that way one of these days!
Killer Footage man! Some overlanding tips and tricks sprinkled in as you are going through the trail would be cool for people like me that don't know anything about overlanding! Keep up the good work your footage could straight up be used on a National Geographic or History channel show. Maybe a second channel focused on the wildlife/geography of the area? Keep it up bro and LIKE THE VIDEO EVERYONE
Thanks brother I love that recommendation. Really appreciate your support dude means a lot. I considered a second channel but man just one channel is a hell of a job!
You can come in off the main cherry creek road from Roosevelt and park where the high clearence trail begins. It’s about 2.5 miles to the trail head from there
Great video
Love the full sized trucks getting it!! I’m too much a you know what to take my raptor in those tight trails lol
I don’t blame you those raptors aren’t cheap!
Not a raptor friendly. Small truck will be good
The best Devil's Chasm vid yet! Thx man!
Thanks for watching!!

You can actually get within a mile of the trail head before the road gets rough, but boy is it a brutal hike. Thanks for watching!

I absolutely love the Sierra Ancha wilderness area. Great place to explore!
Such an under appreciated mountain range! Especially the eastern slope!
A. Underrated overland channel to say the least. Hope you and Overlandnomad and I meet up one day on the trails out there!
Full send man let’s do it! I’ve always wanted to see @overlandnomad rig!
@@Whitedogoverland his tundra is the bomb! I don’t have a Toyota but my Silverado can still keep up 👌🏽

That’s determination! I didn’t realize there was such a tight climb through that waterfall!
This looked like a really cool trip. Overland to the middle of no where and do an epic hike to see some dwellings. Awesome!
It was epic to say the least. I don’t hike much but that’s going to change!
Another one in the books. What a hell of a climb. Well done son as always. Love ya Pa!!
Thanks pops!

Awesome video!! Looks gorgeous out there 🤙🏻
Thanks! It was a stunning place no doubt!
Glad we got to do some hiking on this voyage. Superb content as always!
Thanks buddy, sure was a good time even that stair climb of a hike!
Backpacking over the top of that this weekend. You think the whole areas got as much water flowing as in the chasm?
I would guess so, all the creeks on the way in we’re pretty full. Not sure after the dry spell we’ve had!

What type of wildlife life did you encounter?
We didn’t see much that trip but that area has anything from black bears to coati!
