Wendy keeps on about us trying a bit of beach detecting, I have never fancied it but I am warming to the idea so we may give it a go, but it all depends if I can get access with my powerchair, some beaches are a bit tricky for access for disabled. I keep watching videos of people doing it so we will have to have a go sometime. All the best Jon and Wendy
When we went to Whitesands Bay in Wales I did notice they had wheel chairs with very large wheels on so that people finding it difficult to walk etc could still enjoy their time on the beach 🏖️ really nice to see they thought ahead 😊 there is also a slope leading onto the sands, the wheel chair is like it’s on steroids 😊
@@opshortonmetaldetecting Yes we have seen those wheelchairs with huge balloon tyres to make them easy to push, as very good idea, Jon's powerchair is 4x4 and is very good and should manage alright, the only problem is when there is no access ramp or its very rocky, but there are loads of beaches that should be alright, we will have to have a go next year when we go to the coast, that is the problem with living in Derbyshire right in the middle of the country.😂
Got to love a bit of beach detecting. Happy hunting out there and best wishes.
